Some domestic companies have successfully launched laser displacement sensor products with price advantages and good compatibility through independent research and development. For example, a domestic company's LTPD15 laser displacement sensor solves the problem of limited installation space with its hollow split structure design. The φ18mm through-hole reserved in the center supports external devices such as cameras and dispensing heads to pass directly through, realizing zero-deviation coaxiality between the laser measurement point and the visual / operation center. At the same time, the product also performs well in terms of performance, with a repeatability of 0.05μm and a linear error of <±0.6μm, but the price is only 40% - 50% of similar imported products, and no additional controller is required, reducing the overall cost by more than 60%, providing industrial users with a 'high-configuration and affordable' domestic solution.
