This enables companies to obtain real-time operating status data of safety light curtains and remotely monitor and maintain equipment. When a safety light curtain fails or an abnormal alarm occurs, the MES system can send a notification as soon as possible, and maintenance personnel can respond and handle it in time to avoid production stagnation caused by equipment failure. At the same time, by analyzing the operating data of the light curtain, companies can also discover potential safety hazards and production process optimization points, and further improve production management levels.
